Field Operation Management

FO Management capabilities cover the full range of onshore production facilities, and processing plant, gathering stations, pipelines and hydrocarbon treatment plants, metering and pressure/volume control. Giving our client a full solution for a 360 degrees comprehensive Field Development Plan. This Support can be provided within a single contract or in a tailored package to meet specific requirements.

Our Field Operation Management includes Asset integrity management which implement a formal process for protecting people, the environment and the operator from the consequences of asset failure. It also ensures compliance and optimizes useful asset life. The central aspects of any Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) are key performance indicators, risk assessment, organisation and competency. Software can be very useful and provide a level of comfort, but no single software product will ever provide everything an operator needs.

From pipelines and facilities to wells and structures, our services cover a broad range of asset integrity management requirements. Our partners and team expertise include conceptual and feasibility studies, basic and front end engineering, detailed design, operability and risk assessment as well as project management services, procurement services and engineering support to main works contractors under the EPC framework.

Our team are able to offer a range of hydrocarbon marketing and sales consulting services, establish relationship between Ministries, IOC’s and end users including intentional refineries and trading companies optimizing related operational processes to providing guidance for selling and trading strategies.

Damson Energy can also manage hydrocarbon sales tendering processes on your behalf utilizing our range of in- house evaluation tools and network of contacts.

Additionally, we can provide independent commercial reviews of existing hydrocarbon sales arrangements and due diligence reviews of sales agreements associated with any potential asset acquisitions.
